No venue hire fee
Exclusive Back Bar Hire
The Octopvs back bar is the perfect setting for private parties and special occasions. We have hosted birthdays, Christmas parties, weddings, film premieres and private celebrations.
The space comfortably accommodates 40 or more guests and gives you an exclusive area in which to enjoy your event.

Please note: although there is no separate venue hire fee, a minimum spend and refundable deposit will apply. These will be confirmed before your booking is approved. Back bar reservations are submitted as a request and are not confirmed until a member of our team contacts you.
Food and grazing options
Octopvs works with local catering company LazeeGraze, offering sharing boards, platters, brunch options, buffets and bespoke grazing tables for private events.
Graze Platter for Four Prices from £60
Graze Platter for 6–10 Prices from £125, with additional guests from £10 per person
Private Event Grazing Sweet and savoury grazing-style food from £8.50 per person
Bespoke grazing can be arranged for events of up to 80 people. Please include all known allergies, dietary requirements and catering requests with your enquiry.
All food is prepared off-site and delivered to Octopvs ready for serving. Large grazing-table installations may require approximately 1½–2 hours of setup time before the event begins.
Booking rules and conditions
- Tables will only be held for 10 minutes after the reserved booking time.
- All members of your party should arrive together.
- Where fewer guests arrive than originally booked, a smaller table may be allocated.
- Children are welcome until 7:30pm.
- After 7:30pm, Octopvs is strictly over 18s and Challenge 25 identification may be required.
- Time limits may apply during particularly busy periods.
- Octopvs staff reserve the right to refuse entry or service at all times.
- Outdoor bookings may be moved or amended in the event of adverse weather.
- Opening and closing times may change without notice.
- Back bar bookings are subject to approval, a minimum spend and a refundable deposit.
